Why Plaster Cladding for your Home??
At Texmark, we only install proprietary plaster cladding systems that have been BRANZ appraised. A BRANZ appraised Exterior Insulation and Finishing System (EIFS) provides a durable, economical and efficient means of cladding and insulating a building. A BRANZ appraisal ensures the cladding system has been rigorously tested to meet all of the requirements of New Zealand 's strict building code and the worst weather conditions that will ever get thrown at it.
Polystyrene EIFS has been around for over 50 years and has become a prominent medium in the cladding and insulation of residential and commercial buildings. Our experience in installing polystyrene EIFS goes back almost 20 years. We have carefully selected products we believe are the best in the marketplace, manufactured by market leaders with a proven record. The products we have chosen to install include Caviteclad
EPS and Insulclad.
Graphex and Caviteclad PERMAPANEL are two new alternatives to Polystyrene EIFS. Graphex is a graphite composite board made from expanded graphite amalgamated granules. When combined with standard 1.8 batts it has at least 30% better insulation than the Building Code requirement. Graphex is also 100% recyclable.
Caviteclad PERMAPANEL is an environmentally friendly cavity-based exterior cladding made from mineralized wood wool. Caviteclad PERMAPANEL is highly impact resistant and will not damage easily.
EZpanel is a cavity based autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) panel system which is a lightweight, highly durable exterior cladding. Ezpanels will not rot, are pest resistant and have excellent sound insulation properties.
There is now a smarter and faster option to building with traditional brick or block-like systems. It’s called Enduron, and it’s an innovative, newly-patented system that’s unique to the New Zealand market. Enduron is a masonry wall panel, extruded with hollow cores combining remarkable strength with the added benefit of being lightweight and fast to erect. Enduron features a tongue and groove interlocking system to ensure outstanding strength and durability.

In addition to our standard warranties Texmark Coatings are now able to offer home owners the NUFED Customer Protection Warranty for all PSL cladding systems including; Enduron, Graphex
and Insulclad. This warranty gives ‘peace of mind’ to our customers by protecting against:
• Loss of Deposit
• Defective Workmanship
• Cover for non-completion of relevant building work |
